The service was generally helpful but had issues with cancellation and payment disputes. The dining options were limited, with just donuts and muffins for breakfast. The facilities were acceptable, with a grocery shopping service and laundry available.
I stayed at the hotel on the 3rd floor, which was challenging without elevators, but the service and location made up for it. The rooms had a moldy smell, but the overall experience was pleasant for a good price.
